Amanda persick was a great person for the job she's hard working and cares about what she doea she wants to make sure the customer is happy. I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy a house in this area and I will use her in the future for more property investments

About 4 or 5 years ago, Amanda helped me sell my house in Priest River because of a divorce. She (in my opinion) bent over backwards to keep everyone happy. I'm sure it wasn't easy because my ex wife and I were holding the note and every thing Amanda did she did twice, once for me and once for my ex wife and then the buyers. Before I bought the house in Oldtown Amanda and I looked at several houses/land in the area. At that time I lived about 300 miles away. We would schedule days (some times weeks in advance) to look at different houses and once in a while I would need to cancel. She never once got upset and always moved her schedule for me. When it comes to real estate, Amanda was, is, and will always be my go to girl
