Hi, my name is Amber Castles, I've been in the real estate industry since 2013, although I've lived in Northern Virginia for the past 15 years! My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. Buyer reviewThis was an interesting journey. The sellers agent was MIA after the sales contract was ratified, and Amber had to do double work during the entire transaction. She was on top of everything the entire time. Very satisfied with her!

Buyer reviewI first contacted Amber hoping she would help me find a place to rent but it had always been a dream of mine to own a home. After talking with Amber about what I was looking for and what my concerns were she quickly gave me the feed back I needed. She never pushed me to buy a house instead of renting and she even sent me places in the area that were for rent. But after about a week or so I decided I would try to buy. Amber helped me find a lender to work with, the lender she helped me find was amazing. She worked hard to find exactly what I wanted in a house, which was hard because I wasn't even exactly sure what I was looking for. In the end she helped me buy the perfect house! Overall, Amber was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was willing to work around my schedule no matter how crazy it was. If she didn't know the answer to my question, being a first time home buyer I asked A LOT of questions, she went and got the answer in a timely manner.
