Hi, my name is Amber Castles, I've been in the real estate industry since 2013, although I've lived in Northern Virginia for the past 15 years! My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. Buyer reviewAmber was absolutely amazing when it came to our long search of finding our future homesteading property. Especially with how crazy the market has been. It was a long haul but after 2 years of searching she helped us get the place that fits our needs! She was awesome during the process and fought hard when it came down to the houses we wanted! And never giving up when housing inventory was low! She works hard and is absolutely amazing!

I was nervous my house wouldn't sell quickly but she came up with a staging and marketing plan that had us with 5 offers in 48 hours. From there we negotiated and made it to closing with ease. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your real estate needs!
