Seller reviewAmber Hatley gave us suggestions on improvements we should do in order to help sell the house at our top dollar. Amber Hatley put us in touch with a variety of vendors for the different repairs/improvements we decided to make. Amber pulled the listings in the area so we could see what these houses had sold for. Some of the houses in our area had been on the market for over 100 days before they sold. We had a contract on the first day the house was put on the market. Amber Hatley regularly checked in with us to before and after the house was put on the market and always responded quickly when messages were left.
