Seller reviewAmber Hatley worked hard & was excellent at keeping me posted . . We hit several roadblocks at no fault of Amber's. She was very pleasant to work with. She always had a positive attitude & understood when I was upset with all the closing delays. This was a unique property & Amber had no comps to work with . . so we were very disappointed in the appraisal & then having to reverify clear title over & over . . Then came delay after delay in closing due to the lenders . . Amber kept after it & kept me calm. She deserves special recognition. . and a trophy!

It's not always a comfortable feeling when it comes to selling or buying a home. She made every step easy to understand and walked through it with us. I believe she has the customer's interest at heart. It was never about the commission, it was truly about the right price of the sale and we look forward to using her again through the buying process of our new home which will be in a few days.

My husband and I immediately felt comfortable with her. The entire process was more bearable because of Amber. She sold our home in December, a week and a half before Christmas, in 4 days!!! We are so grateful to have chosen her.

Amber was very patient with us and was readily available when ever a home came up on the market. She kept us updated on new listing and helped negotiate a good and fair price once we found one.
