Buyer reviewAmber Mason is the perfect agent in my opinion. She knows the areas very well, she has very good negotiating skills, and found my home in TWO HOURS!! Had it not been for Amber I am quite sure I would not have accuired this property! I told her it was imperitive I have a home in Danville, Iowa. Anyone who knows the area knows not many houses become available in Danville. When this home became listed, Amber contacted me within TWO HOURS!! That's truly amazing in my book! She arranged a walk through immediately. I was living out of state so I needed her to work with my brother's busy schedule. She contacted him and made herself available when he was able to do the walk through. She then contacted the other agent and let them know there was an offer on the house from me. Once all the neccesisties were done, she set up ALL of the other things that go along with buying a home. She scheduled the appraisel and inspection in a timely fashion. She also took care of the Radon and sewer tests.

Buyer reviewAmber is a true asset to both sellers and buyers in Southeast Iowa. We were looking for a very perticular commercial building and she reached out to the owners to gauge interest in selling. With her perserverence we were able to successfully purchase the exact real estate we wanted and close four weeks after the accepted offer. She also went above and beyond to work out the logistics of the sale for both us (the buyers) and the sellers.
