Personal Profile
A South Dakota native, Amber grew up on a small family farm/ranch near the North Dakota/South Dakota border. She acquired a love of animals early and was active in 4H and FFA throughout her formative years. After a relocation to Kansas and finishing high school, Amber attended college and pursued a career as a physical therapy assistant after moving to Casper, Wyoming in 2000. After meeting her husband, Nate, in 2002, Amber moved to Laramie where Nate has been a Homebuilder since the same year.
Upon arriving in Laramie, she took an interim job as the office manager for her local CENTURY 21. Amber found purpose in her new field, acquiring her Realtor licensing in 2006, her Brokers License in 2008, and subsequently buying the office in 2010. As the Broker/Owner of the oldest CENTURY 21 franchise in Wyoming, she has made valuable relationships with many of the area's residents, Business owners and industry professionals, and has served in various roles in the Laramie Board of Realtors serving several terms as Treasurer and most recently as the Past President.
Amber takes pride in her attention to detail, striving to provide the best possible service to her diverse set of customers, and addressing their needs on an individual basis. With the ever-evolving Real Estate market, she has made significant investments in the digital marketing side of her business, with the goal of further connecting her clients with an expansive buyer pool. With a broad spectrum of tools, and an eye towards the future of the market, she has positioned herself to help her customers with innovative and personalized service.
Amber currently lives in Laramie with her husband of 20 years, Nate, and their English Springer Spaniels, Holly and Gabby.

Buyer reviewAmber was very professional and took the time to find out what we wanted and when we wanted it. She helped set up viewing of houses very quickly and in Laramie's market that is how you have to do it to have a chance to get any house. She set up all inspections for us and was willing to work around our needs and schedules. She made the process as easy as it could be!!

Seller reviewWhen we moved away from Laramie in 2010 nothing was selling. We had to rent our house so we could keep it and hopefully sell it later. 2017 was the later. The tenants moved out and Amber went in and sent many pictures of the issues left by the renters. She had great contacts for getting things fixed up. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of during the repair phase. I had expressed my desire for a quick sale and when she gave me the final comp and price recommendation I went towards the low end. Our house sold within 10 days. This shows that her knowledge was spot on. Very pleased

Seller reviewI had a contract on my home in 3 days. We needed to revise the contract so technically, I think the "sale" took about a week. Amber was amazing. She came in and gave me advice - what to do, what not to do, and I took her advice because she is the professional. I appreciated her honesty and integrity. She was also able to refer me to other vendors for special needs (who to deep clean the house and carpets, who to take a look at the roof, etc.). I spent a minimal amount of money in order to get the home show ready. The home went on the market on a Wednesday night, was placed on MLS on Thursday, Zillow on Friday and I had an offer on Saturday. Amber couldn't have done a better job for me.
