Seller reviewOur home had flooded 6 months prior to us needing to move to Orlando to be closer to family. We had an unknown market place because every house was for sale in our neighborhood it seemed after the flood. Amber helped set our property apart and was able to advise us on how to make our house the one to stand out. We sold our house for more than any in our area were selling for and it a fast time. We can not recommend amber enough!!

Seller reviewWe initially listed for sale by owner and struggled with multiple offers falling through because we did not have the skills or knowledge to properly vet people who were buying in Shore Acres. Amber reached out through a referral and offered assistance without being pushy. We evenutally went with her as our realtor. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable, even helping us to board up our house before an impending hurricane. We were set to close on the day of the hurricane when our home FLOODED on closing day. What a nightmare. Amber helped us with the entire renconstruction process, saving us a TON of time and headaches as we'd already moved out of St Pete. She was incredible to work with throughout the selling process and I could not recommend anyone more highly. 10 stars!

Buyer reviewWords cant explain how AMAZING Amber was when purchasing my new home. I've worked with many agents in my life as I have invested in real estate in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. I can actually say that Amber was the best agent I've ever had and I've had some good ones. She was readily available even with a same day request to see a home. She went well above just showing me homes. She looked for pulled permits for jobs on homes I was interested in. She picked the listing agent's mind on every detail about the listing. She would even question the homeowner about utility costs for a specific home. Amber was very approachable with any questions or advice I needed in certain situations. Not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her where most agents would have thought I was a pain in the neck. Do yourself a favor and fire any agents you're presently working with and pull Amber in to your next purchase of a home. You WILL NOT be disappointed! Repeat customers for sure!!!!!!
