JOY went above and beyond the call of duty, specially in her successful dealings with a false and fraudulent lien placed on my property while in Escrow in order to block such and extort undue funds from me, by another RE Agent, Kelly Salonen BRE Lic# 02063555, Advertising herself as VP of the Mariposa Board of Realtors, which she is not! only working with the offices of Rebecca Hatcher from Mariposa county. PC code 115 class this as a felony! Whereas JOY suffered a financial loss herself, due to this rotten person actions, of a RE sale on one of her own listings where Kelly was also involved in producing untrue documents in order to harm JOY because of our Realtor/Client relationship, but again came out as the winning ethical person that she is. I Highly recomended this Professional person. Bravo to Joy Chabot!!

Joy picked up the pieces whenever the other agent dropped the ball and followed through. When we had issues with a homeless person in the vacant home, she initiated the contact with the police, went over personally and since we were out of town she actually took care of the mess in the house that was left by the the homeless. When the other agent was slow to communjcate neccessary information to her client Joy persisted in getting the response working well into the night hours. Joy is very easy to talk to and understands her clients needs. Highly recommend Joy.

The market changed in the middle of the selling the house, so it was nice to have someone, like Joy Chabot with the knowledgeable of the market and the area to change strategies in the middle of the campaign to sell to get it sold. She kept us informed the whole time and it was a joy working with her and her staff. I would recommend her when it's time to sell or buy a home.
