Relocation is stressful- whether you are buying or selling, moving from in town or out of town. Having a great team to facilitate your sale, lease or purchase does matter! I like to think of my real estate business as a concierge service to my clients. I treat every transaction as if it's my own home sale, purchase or lease.

I have been a FULL time REALTOR since 2002. As a 23+ year military dependent, I understand the military move. Seller reviewAmy is top notch! We sought Amy out because she was the realtor that sold us this house and were pleased with her previously. Amy is very excellant at communication, knowing what needs to be done and how to get it done! We do not live in the area so she was able to be at the house when someone was needed to be there for work to be done. She was also able to refer us to local people who were able to do the jobs well that needed to be done in the house. If we are ever looking to purchase a house in the area again, we will call Amy again! Amy kept the ball rolling and kept us focused. Was very well aware of the changes in the market and the pricing of the home. Cant say enough good about Amy and her professionalism and friendship.

Seller reviewAmy was awesome dealing with me after I had moved to Georgia. We worked out a bunch of issues that needed to be completed before the final sale of the house. She helped me find people to do the work. Before I move to Georgia she was excellent. They're telling me what I really needed to do to fix the house up for sale. She was very professional about it and yet we had fun discussing how much money I was gonna have to spend she made it. She made it painless and that was very important
