She also does a good job keeping you calm during the normal negotiations that happen after inspection and up until closing. It's stressful selling a house, no matter how well it goes, and Amy has a wonderful way of keeping things calm and friendly. We really appreciated Amy and felt that her advice was helpful. She sold our house quickly so we could focus on all the normal craziness of life and moving.
