Gathered names from local phone book and selected 8 prospects from 16 agents we had chatted with. From this group a selection of 4 were invited to my home for personal interview. From this group we chose Amy Ely. Our selection of Amy proved to be a very good one. She is still helping even after closing and moving in to 1208 Degrasse. She volunteered to come back to my new home to be present when the electrician was called to correct a problem with the wiring for the new water. Amy was quick to respond to any question I had through the whole process from listing to closing. If she didn't know the answer to a question she would ask someone who did know so that I was well informed at all times. Amy was always friendly, polite and professional. She kept all appoints in a timely manner. When I wanted to return to see a previously visited house she was quick to make the appointments and call with reminders. When my home was shown she always called to verify the time for the showing, knowing I needed extra time to prepare to be away while the house was shown. We had occasion over the time my house was on the market to make contact in person or by phone with others at Century 21. Amy introduced me and my daughter who was always with me to any one we needed to contact. Every one was friendly and helpful. Amy Ely is a knowledgeable, personable representative of the Century 21. All I had contact with at Century 21 were well mannered and capable in my opinion.
