What I loved about Amy the most besides her unwavering kindness was her accessibility at anytime I needed her and also those times where I was confused about contractual language or questions I had with the title company process. I was not an easy client because I was looking for a specific house type in one suburb, but I was also considering a property with land in the country and I was open to a multi-family in the city. Amy was flexible and understanding through the whole thing. She also remembered details about my preferences. Amy never pressured me to look at homes outside of my area, and she never tried to get me to increase my budget.
