Amy was always organized, on top of things, and willing and able to answer our many questions. She was patient with us - even when we got ahead of ourselves and then flaked on a couple of purchases. She allowed us to think about things on our own time and would check in with us when needed. It was a great balance! We met Amy and Danny during a meeting when my husband and I had requested a showing for a house. After meeting Amy and Daniel and getting to know them, my husband and I felt very comfortable working with her when we were finally ready to sell our home and look for a replacement residence. Amy was always available for questions and responded promptly. This was very helpful navigating our way through the purchase of our home and making decision on how my husband and I would like to proceed forward. If Kevin and I didn't fully understand something, Amy broke down elements in terms that Kevin and I could process. She updated us every step of the way. Even if a home didn't check all the boxes on our wish list, Amy and Daniel would share listings with us just so we had the option of saying yay or nay. They understood our needs and found comparable homes for Kevin and I to consider. We never felt as though either of them were trying to sell us on a house just because they was looking to close the deal or get a larger commission.
