Additionally I work with both sellers and buyers. Some agents will work only one side of a transaction. I feel in order to best represent my buyer clients I must have a strong understanding of seller expectations and in order to best represent my sellers I must know what buyers want. The only way to truly understand these wants and needs is to work closely with both types of clients. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert and consider myself a marketing specialist.
