When my husband and I started to consider buying a house in Spokane, we were overwhelmed. Living in Kentucky made the house-hunting process nearly impossible and we didn't want the risk of buying a place sight unseen. Thankfully, Amy Khosravi was recommended to me and after reaching out to her, I felt more at ease. Amy offered many things I needed: familiarity with the area of Spokane, an understanding of what we were looking for in a home, and a thorough and patient demeanor to accommodate my inquisitive nature as a first-time homebuyer. She organized a list of homes for me to see during a short trip I took to Spokane and before I flew back to the Southeast, we had made an offer on a house. From the time that the idea of buying a house was mentioned until the day the house was funded, Amy worked tirelessly to see to our needs. During the closing process, she continued to be accessible and informative, offering sound advice when needed. In addition to her professionalism, she made the process enjoyable with her warm personality. I plan to consult Amy next time we are in the market to buy and/or sell.

It was a bit daunting and challenging for us being first-time homebuyers and we have Amy Khosravi w/ Century 21 to thank for making it manageable and helping us to understand the entire process. We wanted a realtor who genuinely understood our questions and concerns - a person who would be able to relate to us and understand us as people so they could better assist us in finding what we were looking for. We were also looking for someone who wouldn't try to push us towards any particular home and kept sales pitches within reason (ie: our price range, neighborhood interests, etc.). Amy was perfect for us. She was very easy to talk with and she's a very good listener. We really appreciate how she took the time to learn about us as people and understand what we were looking for. She was respectful of our price range, quick to respond to questions and incredibly knowledgeable of the neighborhoods as well as the paperwork and cost intricacies. Amy was amazing with out first home purchase. We looked at about a dozen houses but it only took the first two for Amy (and us) to get a good idea of what we were looking for in a home. Everything was in such good order that our closing at the title company, including brief review of a lot of things Amy already went over with us, was only 45 minutes! We think Amy deserves some time in Hawai'i. :)
