Hello! I'm Amy Moyer, agent for Century21 Select Group in Lake Harmony. I grew up in the Carbon/Monroe area, which holds lots of opportunities for excitement. I take advantage of as many as I can...including frisbee golf, hiking, tubing the rivers, and snowboarding in the winter. Seller reviewI had the pleasure of speaking with Amy on many occasions while the house was on the market. She is very knowledgeable and knows her way around the sale & works with all the vendors who we used for fixing up the home. She is really relentless when it comes to having things done the correct way and working out any problems. Amy was a pleasure to work with and was available 7 days a week anytime of day or evening. She made everything so easy, paperwork signing, 3rd party companies contracts and meeting everyone that looked at the house. The title company was handled by her as was the buyers agent for any info needed from us. Amy closed the deal and made sure all the numbers were correct for the contract with the title company & the 3rd party companies that needed to come in to work on things. Excellent Customer Service, very polite and easy to work with. Amy even told me not to drop in price when I wanted to, and she was 100% right... Thank you for all your help and vision. : ) Patrick
