Amy was a good buffer between us and the buyers....always proactive regarding any issues that needed resolution, suggesting solutions, giving advice or sharing knowledge of similar situations. We have bought and sold 5 homes in the past and we knew we needed a particular kind of realtor...not only someone who would look out for our interests but someone who would be professional in all of her dealings with us and others; had local contacts, would be willing to work for us...find that buyer who would appreciate and love our home the way we do. She learned about the uniqueness of our home and was able to convey that to others; Amy was a caring, considerate agent who was quickly able to assess what was important to us. Our house sold quickly but it was all the other issues involved in the sale that she was able to handle or advise us that made her invaluable. Her knowledge of the local area was critical and her contacts for services helped us fix any problems that came up. I think her biggest asset is listening to a buyer complaint or wish list and finding solutions that are acceptable to both side.
