Because we had to move away, she has went to the property and taken pictures and done inspections just to help us. I can't tell you the countless times I have called her to ask advise on different situations we were faced with and every time I called, I was given sound advise on what to do. Amy is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and just a great person to work with. We were blessed to have her work with us. Seller reviewAmy Wagner Knopf was the by far the best real estate agent I have ever used and I've bought and sold 7 homes over the years. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone and know they would be getting an exceptional agent. Amy was direct and realistic about the property we were wanting to sell. She seemed extremely knowledgeable since the property had a mobile home on it and that was an important factor for us. Amy stayed on top of the listing and the sale of the property and I never had to chase her down, but she did have to chase me down a few times. I really appreciated how she stayed on top of things and kept me up to date. Amy made the sale extremely easy for us and did more that we would have expected.
