Ana will go above and beyond for you! She showed over a hundred homes to us and was very patient as we searched for the perfect home for our family. Recently we had her sell this home as we had to relocate out of state, and she prpcoded exceptional quality- her investment in marketing (staging and professional real estate photography) paid off in a huge way as we were able to sell our home after the first open house! We are incredibly happy with her service and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

ANA THIGPEN KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN PURCHASING A HOME MADE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE FOR MY FAMILY. ANA'S ABILITY TO KEEP US GROUNDED WHEN WE WERE GOING THROUGH A DIFFICULT TIME MADE THE EXPERIENCE OF UNCERTAINTY THAT WE DOING RIGHT BY MY DAUGHTER THAT PASSED AWAY 6 MONTHS PRIOR WILL ALWAYS BE APPRECIATED. MY DAUGHTER WANTED A PERMANENT HOME FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN AND ANA HELPED WITH FINDING IT. I was very impressed with Ana's knowledge, connections with a lender, availability. In addition, Ana answered all of my phone calls in a timely manner and answered the same questions repeatedly until I understood exactly what was happening and why. Moreover, Ana made me feel as if my needs and wants were a priority although she other clients. I am very happy that we chose Ana and have/will recommend her to anyone who needs help in buying or selling a home.

Anna was a great help to me leading up to the sale of my father's house. As my father was nearing the end of his life, she had patients and a caring understanding of the situation in dealing with my dad and helping me as I was all the way across the country trying to negotiate all the hurdles. She was able to find a buyer and we finalize the sale very quickly. Thank you Anna!

Ana Thigpen was very comforting if things didn't work out with some of our bids. I was very worried being a first time home buyer Ana Thigpen made me feel more at ease. No pressure to get something I didn't like which was the most important thing I think. Ana was very thorough during the showings which was very important. Ana Thigpen didn't just want to sell me a house she wanted me to get a home that was functional and that wouldn't cost a fortune to repair.
