Ana, was great, she was very knowledgeable about the Market. Her advice was spot on and her attention to detail was impeccable, making our experience a great one. It was our first time buying a home and we didnt know were to start. Ana walked us through the process explaining all of our options, making sure we were aware of the results of our decisions. Once we decided in the home we wanted to buy, Ana continued to be there, even when the sellers were dificult to work with. Ana showed up to all the inspections and was always a phone call away when we had any questions. Ana was more than our realtor she was an educator, a guide and became a friend. It was a pleasure working with Ana, she was the hardest smartest agent we ever dealt with , she took on a big challenge Trying to help with a a purchase of a commercial building with house rentals in the same lot it was a sale that the existing seller's had not been able to do in a year Ana took on the challenge first by Going back-and-forth on pricing and finally committing to a price we were comfortable. She went through a lot getting this deal done working with appraisals, she work with the estimators, , she worked with inspectors and ultimately with the sellers agent which was not very cooperative,Ana did a great job going twice doing inspections on the properties and letting us know the true findings she didn't hide anything she disclosed everything good and bad like a professional agent She communicated every day evenin the evenings to let us know how the process was going there was not a day that went by the we didn't hear from her , Either by phone calls text, message or emails she was always on top of things we are very thankful to have worked with Ana and we will hire her again If we need to. Being bilingual is a great asset I'm sure she would try any language to get the deal done, excellent agent

What made Ana a great agent was her easy going personality. She was friendly, direct/clear in communication, was always on our side to bring the best. We wanted someone who would work with our budget and our needs. This was very important. We had dealt with other agents before and all of them were trying to push us for more expensive properties and were not paying attention for our needs. However, Ana on the other hand did not push us and always made sure we made our own decision on certain things without her influencing our decisions. But she also made sure that we were well aware of all the possible outcomes of our decisions which is a very helpful. Ana did a really good job on exchanging contracts and keeping us updated. If anything was delayed it was because of our busy schedule. She also was at the property during the inspection when I and my husband had covid and paid attention to all the details. Then video called us to go through all the details with the inspector. She was at the property during every visit til the closing and even after that. She also did not hesitate to go out of way to bargain for the best prices. This was very important. She was very very easy to contact. Anytime of the day I could contact her easily. The seller and her agent was really hard to work with and were not cooperative. They had zero professionalism specially the agent. He was very disrespectful towards Ana which made us very upset as well. However, Ana took all in with a smile on her face. Super patient and even calmed us down during most stressful times of the process. Overall she is a great agent and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. I got to know her through a friend of mine as well.
