Buyer reviewWe didn't know what to expect in this housing market. We didn't want to be put in a bad spot. So when some close friends highly recommended Anastacha, we were relieved. Then when we accepted her services, Anastacha exceeded our expectations. We, would highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a house. She said she would and then did go out of her way to get things done for us. This included getting the builders to fix items in the house that they at first said was minor and not part of their responsibility. She also was extremely detailed and made sure we understood each step of the home buying process.

Buyer reviewI met Anastacha Constant about 4 years ago after another agent refused to help me because I wasn't ready to buy and they wouldn't make any commission from helping me find a rental. I found Anastasia by chance through an internet search of agents in the zip code I was looking in. She went above and beyond to help me find a rental house in a very short time. I was relocating from Miami and I wasn't able to go see houses so she called me on FaceTime to walk me through the property and advised me throughout. I knew from that moment when I was ready to buy she would absolutely be the person I called. Additionally anytime I needed recommendations for services in the area she always had information on local businesses that provide quality service. This time around was no exception! I personally was probably being a difficult client but she was always on point with her showings and really knows the neighborhoods inside and out. I couldn't have asked for a better agent!
