Anastasia Hendrick I grew up in Southern California eagerly anticipating each summer I spent in Oregon working at my grandpa's real estate office. I have always enjoyed the upbeat feel of the office and dreamed of moving to beautiful, green Grants Pass. I went to BYU - Idaho and studied Elementary Education. When I start something I give it my all and throughout college I took extra classes each semester. I married my best friend sophomore year and it is good I was ahead in school because we didn't wait long to start our family. I took a semester off when my son was born and still graduated ahead of schedule before my daughter was born 11 months later. The next 7 years seemed to fly by while my husband got his master's degree and we moved to Oregon where he got a career with the state while I had two more sons and kept very busy raising them. As my kids are growing up and I am able to sleep through each night I am amazed how much energy I have. Now that my youngest is in preschool I am excited to be back at Century 21 JC Jones American Dream as a fully licensed broker, ready to help you with all of your real estate needs!

Anastasia was really patient and helpful as we brainstormed ways around the issues. I liked that she repeatedly asked what we wanted and made sure the contract was written up our way while still offering her expertise and know- how to help us refine and define our wants. Anastasia was so great to work with. Everything went so smoothly and I was impressed with how quickly she worked. When we decided to write our offer and counteroffer they were written up and sent out in lighting speed. She stayed on top of all the dates we had to remember and was so helpful with all the steps. It was nice not to have to worry about missing anything. We will recommend her to all our friends!

Very knowledgeable about the market, sales strategy, and would bend over backwards to show homes to us on short notice even though she was at least 30 minutes from town. Anastasia was a great mediator between buyer and seller and in our situation both. She would request feedback from people who saw our house which was beneficial and provided an interactive experience for both parties. Anastasia Hendrick took the time to meet with us (and our 3 rowdy kids) and really get an understanding of what we were looking for. She was patient, thorough and thoughtful. We were sold!
