We met Anastasiya this summer while we were vacationing in Myrtle beach. She showed us several properties in Barefoot and understood what we were looking for. She toured our condo and paid attention to the things she knew we would like or dislike. We put an offer in on the condo (without us actually seeing it) because we trusted her opinion. She has great communication and knows barefoot resort extremely well. We were able to close on the condo and absolutely love it. I would highly recommend her and now consider her a friend!!

We have used a lot of realtors in the past, but Anatasiya Genevro is best realtor we've ever had. Her professionalism, knowledge, desire to understand and meet our needs, and her constant communication were excellent. She quickly dialed in on our requirements and was laser-focused on them, not wasting our time showing us units that didn't meet what we wanted. Being from out of town, and not knowing the state or county or Barefoot Resort laws, she was a wealth of information on all kinds of topics that have been helpful to us. She made it very easy for us to find the condo that met our requirements and to close without a hitch!

Anastasiya Genevro does an excellent job. She knows real estate and is a great negotiator for her clients. She has made me money and what could be better than that? Anastasiya Genevro is professional, courteous, and was very attentive to my needs. I have recommended her to others and would not use any other agent for purchases in the area. She is difinitely the best and I have nothing but the highest regard for her. As I have told Anastasiya before, she is the best real estate agent I have ever used. I have bought and sold over 14 properties and used multiple agents in multiple states but she wins the blue ribbon in real estate. I would recommend Anastasiya to anyone including my own son and family!
