Moved to the sunshine state in 2016 where I proceeded my career as a Full Time Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins the Number One Century 21 Brokerage in the state of Florida.

Buyer reviewI met Andrea at one of her listings in King's Point, Sun City Center. The minute I met her, I knew she was the agent for me. Andrea took the time to explain her representation as my agent and All the services she would provide me with her local knowledge was very Impressive. I knew that day Andrea was the perfect agent for me! As a recent widow, I was nerveous and aprehensive to purchase a property especially at my age. Andrea knew my concerns took me step by step and never rushed me throughout the process, she was there for me every step of the way, reassuring me and explaining to me often explaing multiple times the same thing she was so very patient and kind. I have purchased many properties in the past and I have to say I have never worked with an agent so thoughful, driven and professional as Andrea.
