When we first met her she took the time to listen to our needs and what we were looking for. She explained the current conditions of the local market and helped us begin our search. She was always very prompt in responding and understood how critical time was in viewing properties. When it came time to make an offer she prepared us beforehand and was an excellent guide in helping us make our offer as lucrative as possible. She also presented our offer quickly which was also critical in getting the home we wanted. She helped us with every step of the process, paying careful attention to all details. Andrea is a true professional and a master of her craft. She has over 20 years of real estate experience in Traverse City.
