Buyer reviewWe would definitely recommend working with Andrea Gardner for your real estate purchases in the St. George area. We live over 1900 miles away from St. George and she earned our total trust in this purchase. She kept us informed on the real estate on the market for 3 years and kept looking for that special place for us. We flew out to go look at ideas that Andrea had for us. I mentioned a particular area that I thought would be the area for my wife and I, and Andrea immediately knew of an area being developed that met our thoughts. It turned out to be the perfect location that we only dreamed about. We ended up with the property and had a new home built. Andrea sent us photos and kept us appraised of the progress. She was there with us all the way through the closing, even doing the walk through with us. Andrea made us feel at ease through the entire process, and we are grateful that she found us! We would recommend her without reservation.

Seller reviewAndrea's knowledge and caring for her clients is why we are a return customers. She puts her client's best interests first before her own. We got a full price offer to our house day after our house went on the market. We will definitely use her again if we are on the market for a house in Southern Utah again.

Seller reviewWe used USAA to purchase our home and she was an agent USAA could feel comfortable with to help us manage the purchase on a local basis We were sad to lose money on this sale but that was not Andrea's fault. She was wonderful throughout the whole process. She knows her business and we were confident she would do a good job for us. We also appreciated her patience with us. We had NEVER sold and bought a home simultaneously so this was a huge learning curve for us and Andrea was patient with our mistakes. Thank you Andrea. You were awesome!!!

After meeting with her we intuitively felt that she would look out for our best interests as well as introduce us to the area of St George. She explained every step of the process in terms we easily understood, kept us informed and always responded to our many questions and concerns in a timely and succinct manner.
