A sixteen year veteran in the local real estate market, Andrea is a recipient of the Centurion Award from Century 21 Real Estate as well as the Quality Service Award. Andrea is a past President of the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors and served on most Board positions. In addition she chaired the Realtor Home and Patio Show. Andrea grew up in a Navy family, relocating many times until her family settled in Fernandina Beach thirty-eight years ago.

Seller reviewAndrea took care of several issues we had on the property after we moved to England. She handled a resodding issue when insects attacked the lawn. When the sod guy provided less than acceptable service, Andrea took matters in her own hands and replaced the dead sod herself. This exemplifies her service to her customers. She kept us informed every step of the way durring the selling process. She's the best realtor we've had.
