Buyer reviewAndres helped us through each step of the process patiently explaining and advising. We never questioned that he always had our best interest in mind. Some agents just want to make their commission, but Andres wanted to help us find the right home at the right price. He understood not only what we were looking for, our time frame, but also how our mortgage broker needed the deal structured. He used his experience to help us find a home and seller to meet those needs.

Seller reviewI met Andres about a year ago. My property had been listed with another Broker at the time we met but not a single offer had come in. As soon as my contract expired with my previous Broker I hired Andres. It was a blessing hiring Andres! Property was showed more often and contracts starting coming in. Got the price we wanted.
