I have dealt with a lot of professionals in my time and Andrew was by far one of the top professionals I've had the privilege to encounter. I would be surprised if this is the first time you've heard this and I am going to assume that everything I have said regarding Andrew Blair would be preaching to the choir as you all must know he's as good as it gets. A true asset to your company and would be a shame not to have him on board.
