Andrew Mendez began his Real Estate career in 2010. As a lifelong resident of California, he is well versed with the many different Southern California markets. Since starting his career, he has been involved in the transaction of both residential and commercial real estate, as well as multi-unit properties. He has also ventured into remodeling. He takes pride in using the most up to date cutting edge technology in his Real Estate business, tied together with good old fashioned hard work and communication. Andrew is married with five beautiful Children. Despite his business work and home life, he is an active member of his community. In addition to his knowledge in Real Estate, he studied Emergency Medicine in College. Before Real Estate, Andrew served as a Case Manager for the Kaiser Permanente hospital system. During his time with Kaiser Permanente, he was part of an operations program that accounted for $400 million dollars in savings per year. This was pivotal and transferable to his real estate career since Andrew has been a recipient of the Quality Service Award three times. He was also presented with a Masters Emerald award for production! Andrew strives to provide World Class customer services to all his clients.

Buyer reviewAndrew knows what he is doing, Andrew knows the local area very well, Andrew gets back to you faster than you can reasonably expect anyone to get back to you in this day and age, and perhaps most importantly Andrew puts up exceedingly well with all of my annoying requests, and he makes sure I never know how much I am actually annoying him. When you are doing something as stressful as buying a house, that is key.
