I would recommend his services to anyone interested in a hard working, diligent and ethical real estate agent.

Seller reviewAndrew Phillips went out of his way to check on the property after storms in the San Marcos area-and then he would let me know that all was OK. He was helpful with recommendations for house cleaning and yard service-and in locating legal documents regarding the property. It was a probate sale and he handled every aspect with courtesy and professionalism. I felt the sale was in very competent and very professional hands from our first meeting at the house. I appreciated that he attended the signing at Corridor title, too.
