Anelia worked hard day and night to make this a reality for us, and we couldn't be more grateful. Not only did she show us a vast number of properties to choose from both in person and virtually, but she also provided us with so much guidance from start to finish. She shielded us from the very difficult realtor who was representing the sellers. She was our anchor, moral support, negotiator, and a true friend. Anelia even arranged for the home to be cleaned and left us a really sweet surprise in the fridge as we drove from KY to our first home in San Diego. Anelia truly deserves a Broker of the Year award!
