Seller reviewWorking with Ms. Barile was a pleasure. She educated us before we went with Century 21 and let us know of the process we would be working with before we made a decision to go with Century 21. Then once we chose Century 21 and knew we would have Ms. Barile as our sales agent the sales process went smoothly as she handled all the buyer negotiations as she worked with us. Since we had previously done our homework over a year prior to listing our home with a sales agent, (Ms. Barile had sold a home in our Subdivision a year earlier and we had communicated with her that in a year or so we would be listing our home for sale and were researching sales agents a year prior to listing our home) we knew that we wanted Ms. Barile to be our sales agent. If Ms. Barile had gone to a different real estate company we would have been using her services with that real estate company. The fact that Ms. Barile works through Century 21 is a testament on how much consideration we put into the person.

She remained calm and was attentive to all of our needs. Her realtor expertise is remarkable. But most of all, her professionalism, kindness, assurance and helpfulness will always be remembered. Seller reviewAngel Barile was very professional yet personable, very knowledgeable about recent sales in the area/sub, thorough and advised/guided us throughout the sale of our home since this was our only home for the past 42 years. Angel was always available to answer our phone calls or returned our messsged in a very timely manner. Our house sold immediately with multiple offers and sold for an additional $17,000! Very pleased with the outcome with Angel's guidance from signing the contract to retain her to the closing. I would recommend Angel to all my family and friends! She was a pleasure to work with and she enjoys helping others. Obviously an individual that actually enjoys her job!

Buyer reviewAngel was a phenomenal help for me as a first time homebuyer, and helped me through every step to make sure everything was a breeze. She was exceptionally attentive and always responded to my questions in a timely matter, and gave excellent recommendations for contacts to cover everything from home inspectors to even lending. Additionally, due to the speed in which she was able to set up a tour and make an offer, everything was all said and done within a matter of weeks. She has continued to follow up post closing to make sure everything is squared away, and ask if I had questions on anything. I would (and actively will to people that I know firsthand :) ) highly recommend her services to anyone!
