Buyer reviewAngela was extremely patient with us. At the start of our home search we were not in the position to buy because we needed to sell our prior home first. She still gave us the same attention as if we were in a position to buy. She never pressured us to buy any home we saw. On a few occasions we needed to take our baby with us to see homes and she was accommodating to our schedule. We feel like she got to know us on a personal level and vice versa. We found a great home for our family and we would not have gotten it had it not been for Angela's recommendations and assistance.

Friends and family who have also used her all agree that there is no competition with who was the best candidate for representation, and that she simply was the one to go with. Angela was on top of EVERYTHING, and extremely communicative with us the entire time. She was never unreachable, even when she went on vacation! No question went unanswered and wasn't afraid to fight for us during negotiations. Her guidance was invaluable through selection, inspection, and purchase. Angela was an absolute delight to work with. Communicating through phone, email and text, she was always reachable, and highly responsive. She never abandoned us, despite our restrictive schedules, and tolerated our sporadic behavior! She never imposed her opinion unless we asked, and offered us valuable insight based on past experience and knowledge of the area and market. Overall, Ms. Angela Capriola provided us with a service that was absolutely first class. Her guidance towards us as first time home buyers was critical and her patience in allowing us to move at our own pace was key to a successful relationship. Buyer reviewAngela was fantastic to work with!! What a blessing!! She was knowledgeable, smart, patient, kind, and encouraging. What really stood out was her genuine desire to help us find a house that we loved. She wanted us to be happy! She always emailed, called, or text-ed me back promptly and answered every question. We looked at houses for about a year before we were serious about putting an offer in (wanted to get married first) and throughout the process she never made me feel as though I was putting her out or a bother. She is a kind and loving person and went above and beyond to support us and help us find our dream house. Which we did, we LOVE our house! She helped us get it for a great price and guided us through the entire process making it as stress-free as possible. I would recommend her because she has a lot of experience and a wonderful knowledge of the area and will work very hard for you, always with a smile.
