Angela Cash came to us after our neighbor saw her at another house in our neighborhood and told her we were going to be listing our home soon. She contacted us and asked if we would be interested in listing our home with her when we were ready to put it on the market. She was not pushy about wanting to list our home which made us feel very comfortable with her. When we met, she was very helpful in giving us suggestions on what we could do to increase the value of the home prior to putting it on the market. She also told us what she could do to help us get the most out of our home sale. She was confident in her estimation of the value of our home and felt we could get more than we expected. Angela freely gave us advice even before we agreed to list with her which meant a lot to us since we did not have the slightest idea where to start. Angela made selling our house as stress free as it could be. She was there when we needed her and took the worry out of marketing our home.
