My former position as a Real Estate Appraiser gave me years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. Although buying or selling a home should be a happy venture, it still can come with stress. To ensure a successful experience, I help guide my clients through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in understanding and explaining contracts, negotiating, and remaining calm under pressure.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I purchased a home from the mother & son team, Angela Horga and Steve West. Steve was patient as we worked through the various areas of the Valley where we were interested in purchasing. Steve showed us many homes throughout Scottsdale & Phoenix until we found one we would like to purchase. Steve was able to negotiate a lower sales price than listed as well as get us enough seller concessions to pay for all of our closing costs plus buydown our interest rate. Angela navigated the details of the executed purchase contract and the inspection report. She was our spokesperson with the inspector, title company and listing agent, making the transaction seamless. Angela & Steve make themselves available any time my husband or I had questions. I could not have asked for a better real estate team to help us purchase our new home.

Buyer reviewI just wanna say...Angela and Steven mother and son team were amazing! They listened to me and my wants even when I was so stressed out and might or might not have cried thinking I would never find the perfect home for my family! Well, they did it. They found me a home everyone in my family LOVES. It took hours of negotiating but they did it for us! I appreciate everything they did for us and continue to do for us! We had some complications on closing day but Steven stayed with us for a long time to get it straightened out while Angela jumped thru hoops with the other agent to try to make everything right. My brother referred me to them and I so appreciate him and them! Thank you both so much and I will be referring anyone I can to you both!

Buyer reviewFirst, Angela & Steve answered their phones or text messages on a regular basis, and I don't remember a time when they didn't promptly return my call or message. They always made themselves available for discussion and questions. Second, they're genuine people and it was easy to hold an honest discussion over options, desires and feedback. There was little to NO "salesmanship" in our interactions and they accepted any options we put forth. Third, they did a great job of making the buying experience about what I (my family) needed and desired in a home. We were newer to the area and they did a great job of educating us on the pros and cons of the Phoenix valley. They also made time, often on short notice, for walking different homes which often were a solid 20 minutes apart from each other. Lastly, in the negotiating phases they did well at defending our desires, even if they weren't convinced it would go through. They also did well at explaining why some principles would be hard to accept and would educate us on the standards normally witnessed in this market.
