My former position as a Real Estate Appraiser gave me years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. Although buying or selling a home should be a happy venture, it still can come with stress. To ensure a successful experience, I help guide my clients through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in understanding and explaining contracts, negotiating, and remaining calm under pressure.
Real estate is a relationship-based business, and I strive to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. My ultimate goal: a business built entirely upon referrals from clients who are completely satisfied with the professional and caring service they received.

Buyer reviewFirst, Angela & Steve answered their phones or text messages on a regular basis, and I don't remember a time when they didn't promptly return my call or message. They always made themselves available for discussion and questions. Second, they're genuine people and it was easy to hold an honest discussion over options, desires and feedback. There was little to NO "salesmanship" in our interactions and they accepted any options we put forth. Third, they did a great job of making the buying experience about what I (my family) needed and desired in a home. We were newer to the area and they did a great job of educating us on the pros and cons of the Phoenix valley. They also made time, often on short notice, for walking different homes which often were a solid 20 minutes apart from each other. Lastly, in the negotiating phases they did well at defending our desires, even if they weren't convinced it would go through. They also did well at explaining why some principles would be hard to accept and would educate us on the standards normally witnessed in this market.

She was very knowledgeable about the whole process, answered all my questions, and even told me things I didn't think about or know to ask about. That was very important to me as a first-time home buyer, because I certainly didn't know what I was doing. She communicated with my home-builder consistently and I always felt like she was sticking up for me in the process, making sure I got treated fairly. She was also just very fun to talk to and a pleasure to be around, which made the home-buying process less stressful. I definitely would recommend her to my friends and family going forward.
