Angela was amazing she would keep in contact with us at all times thru email, text and phone conversations and would answer our questions in a timely manner. Angela was there to take us thru the process of everything and the steps of what to do to the next step. It was my first time using a realator. She is awesome she sold my house and found us another house how amazing is that!!!!!! Angela is amazing I couldn't imagine dealing with anyone else. It was a long process and she was there for us. Everyone from Angela's office was awesome plus to be able to use a free moving van that they supply was awesome.

Angela was assigned to us randomly by Zillow and we really feel like we hit the jackpot with that. From the outset Angela was clear in her roles and responsibilities as a professional, but also made us feel prioritized and secure. She immediately demonstrated knowledge of both the area as well as the type of home including age, construction style, etc. Angela went on to go above and beyond for us throughout the entire closing process (and after!). Angela was always responsive and clear in her communications. Angela went so out of her way to accommodate us in our (sometimes foolish) questions and since we were not local to the area, really assisted us in recommending contractors, swinging by the house for a variety of reasons, and so on. We felt like we were in great hands the whole way, and having dealt with other agents in the past for other property purchases, Angela stands out as someone we would use again and would recommend without hesitation.

Angela had previously assisted our family when my mother was admitted to a local nursing home and we needed to have an estimate of the value of the house at that time. She provided a professional quality estimate for us without thought of reimbursement because we were not placing the house on the market then. My father continued to live in it. Angela gave of her time and expertise to help our family. Later when we did need to sell the house, we went directly to her without consideration of any other real estate agency and agent out of gratitude for her earlier assistance. During the process of selling my father's house, Angela was readily available to us by in-person meetings at our convenience, and then by phone, text, or Email when in- person meetings were not permitted due to the Corona Virus. She took the time to explain the sometimes complicated legal language of the real estate contract in easily understandable words until I understood fully. She is very knowledgeable and experienced as a real estate agent. Angela is very professional and related well to the buyer's real estate agent and our attorney's office. Angela went above and beyond to meet the needs of our family in the sale of my father's house. She was easy to work with. She explained everything clearly through the whole process. Angela gave us good advice of ways to enhance the saleability of the house. She seems to be a person with high integrity, which I appreciated.
