I'm Angi Bourque, a seasoned real estate professional and lifelong resident of Ascension Parish. With a robust background encompassing 9 years in proprietary school administration and 22 years with a national consulting firm, I've honed qualities such as loyalty, dedication, and a strong work ethic?key contributors to my longevity in those roles. Beginning my real estate journey in 2015, my commitment extends to guiding you seamlessly through the entire buying/selling process, from introduction to closing and beyond, ensuring it's the best possible experience for you. My diverse experience includes serving as a Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent for both Residential and Land properties, assisting First Time Home Buyers, managing Relocations, handling Referrals, and facilitating Commercial Sales and Leasing. In 2018, I earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designations through the National Association of Realtors. In 2022, I secured my Associate Broker's license through LREC, further elevating my expertise.
