Hello! I am Angie Culberson, Realtor with Century 21 Judge Fite. I have lived in the Midlothian area over 18 years while raising our family of four, along with our two rescue dogs. I worked in the legal industry over 20 years where I gained great experience including project management, negotiating, note-taking and listening skills as well as detailed organizational and follow-up skills. Along the way, I became a certified home stager as I love to decorate and redesign spaces. I also love to clean, organize, and look at and walk through open houses. I finally decided to change my career path to real estate. I enjoy meeting new individuals and their families; helping to navigate clients through the buying and selling process, and ultimately finding their dream home!

Buyer reviewAngie Culpert was very good. She was sweet, thorough, dedicated, detail oriented, diligent and patient. All the things you would want in a realtor! Having never done this before we were fortunate that Angie could guide us through all of the details and what to expect. She was always available and helped us to have steps done in time that otherwise we may have missed. It can be quite a lot, but she pinged us when important things were due and because of her we didn't drop the ball on a single thing. It took us 42 houses to find ours! And, as we got closer you could tell Angie was really getting good at finding what we were looking for. We really appreciate the job she did and without reservation would trust she'd do just as good a job for anyone else. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and it's well deserved: she does a really good job. If you read this, thanks again Angie! :)
