Angie Muehlfeld is a licensed Michigan real estate broker and has been working in real estate for almost 20 years. Angie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and the Saginaw Board of Realtors. Since joining the team at Century 21 Signature Realty Angie became certified to work with Cartus/Realogy and has helped many families relocate to and from the area. She has consistently been a multi-million-dollar producer and received numerous sales achievement awards from Century 21 and customer service satisfaction awards including the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Angie holds a bachelor's degree in interior design with a minor in architecture from Baker College and has a strong background in sales, marketing, and property management. Over her years of real estate experience, Angie has helped many families find their homes, from the apartments she started out managing in Saginaw Township and Grand Blanc to the residential and commercial sales she now does in Saginaw, Tuscola, Bay, and Genesee Counties. Angie resides in the Frankenmuth area with her husband Matt and daughter Katerina and is a stepmom to her son Ian and daughter Maddalyn. Living in the Frankenmuth area all her life, Angie understands the Frankenmuth market. Angie loves working with her clients to find and purchase their dream properties. The experience Angie gets from helping her clients buy their first home and being able to help them sell to either upgrade or downsize as their needs change throughout the years has been amazing. She hopes to continue to build relationships with the many clients now friends she has worked with and the new people that she will meet.

Seller reviewWe were referred to Angie by a trusted friend regarding providing transfer assistance for the sale of our fathers home after his passing. We had negotiated a price and agreement with friends of our family for the property but needed an experienced agent to facilitate the business portion of the deal such as title search and transfer so we met with Angie with our buyers and decided after the meeting to place our trust in her to handle those aspects of the transaction and are glad we did. She did a great job for us and it went off without a hitch.

Seller reviewAngie knows how to sell houses. She knew how to advise us on acurate pricing, encouraging us not to undercut ourselves and lower the price when instead we needed to be patient. We interviewed realtors. I was suprised at the differences. Other realtors advised us to list our home $30,000-$80,000 less! Other realtors reminded me of car salesman (in the worst sense). In the Vassar area I would trust her to sell a house or property 100%. She knows everyone and everyone seems to like her. She is confident in all the right ways. When I spoke to another realtor about Angie, she was happy for me because she knew Angie would do a good job. She is experienced enough to train other realtors at Century 21. She is not condesending or insensitive. She was tactful, trustworthy, experienced, kind, honest, available, friendly, understanding, and straightforward. Over-all I would hartily recommend Angie.

She was very friendly and professional at the closing. At the end of the document signing, she presented us with a very nice gift bag. We were very surprised and grateful for that because it was above and beyond for her to show us appreciation being that we were the buyers.
