Buyer reviewWe have known Angie through several sales and purchases. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. She makes sure we are comfortable with the process as we move through it. She is like a security blanket as you sell or purchase. Angie was actually cleaning the house when we came in to get some measurements and again apologized for the condition of the house after we took ownership. She pays attention to detail and is always happy and optimistic. This will probably be the last home we purchase which is sad but we will still see Angie around the area as she is a active member in the community.

Seller reviewAngie assisted us with the purchase of a rental home years ago. Because we were impressed with her we referred her to our daughter and son-in-law when they purchased their home. They loved her as well. When it came time to sell our home we knew without a doubt Angie would take care of us. Selling our home was painless with Angie at the helm. She has since helped us sell our rental and purchase what we hope is our final home. Angie goes above and beyond to make sure the process is smooth for the seller or buyer. Her and her husband even mowed the lawn when our landscaper's mower was in the shop. Can't say how much we appreciate Angie Warlick's kindness, professionalism and personal touch.
