She was on top of it from the outset-we called her in the morning, knowing a bid had been made-she helped us make a higher bid, with loan approval, by the end of the day! (A bid that got accepted during this tough market.) She was always available to us--even on what were obviously busy days, she made us feel that WE were her priority.
