Since we would be listing the property "as is" we needed someone with extensive experience and knowledge. Ann came highly recommended to us by a dear friend and we relied heavily on her opinion and recommendations. We had very little experience and appreciated her direct responses and careful considerations taking us through each stage of the process. Ann was very patient and gracious with her time. She managed to quickly respond to many interested buyers and communicate their offers immediately to us. She is an excellent communicator! Ann was extremely efficient and versatile. We had a last minute issue with the buyer and his realtor the evening prior to closing. Ann conveyed our options and was there for us supporting whatever our decision was as to move forward with the closing or not. Because of her strength we were able to feel confident in our decision to move forward. Ann is a wonderful person and excellent realtor! We are so grateful to her!!

The community where I was selling my property is very different than most as it is age restricted and seems to have challenges with regards to the HOA when it comes to financing for potential buyers. Since I live out of State, I am not aware of each one of these facets completely, however Ann Adams had an incredible initial challenge when the property first came on the market. It was still rented and the renters were not helpful at all. That is the reason why it took longer to sell this property. She had to balance to be respectful to the renters to keep the situation acceptable and also represent my interests. That made it hard for her to advertise and show the property as well as it should have been. That was at no fault to her. Unknowingly I put her into a bad position to be successful early on. With regards to closing she did an amazing job. As mentioned before, the HOA in that community is hard to deal with and many mortgage companies have issues with them. In this case one company completely backed out and Ann became active finding a different mortgage company and was instrumental in pushing the loan through. Ann is a lovely person and extremely knowledgeable. As mentioned before, she had to navigate through the issue of renters in the beginning who promised to stage the property and help the sale, when in fact they did not. They left boxes laying around and didn't make any efforts to tidy up or help us to make the property look presentable. That was very frustrating, but Ann still managed to remain diplomatic and courteous to them but also to represent my interest to sell the home. She fought for the sale to go through. Initially the buyers insisted on their own lender which caused the loan to fall through quite close to the closing date since there were issues with the HOA. Ann's experience kicked in and she immediately got another lender involved who was able to get this deal closed with only a minor delay

After meeting with Ann, I knew Icould depend on her and her expertise!.She guided me Throughout the process even helping me find movers, she is terrific! Ann brought three buyers and we got three offers in three days, can't do better than that,I would recommend Ann to family or friends. She goes the extra mile!
