Seller reviewFirst and foremost we felt very fortunate to have Ann as our friend and real estate agent. We couldn't thank Ann enough for making this stressful (to us) process extremely manageable. She was ALWAYS accessible with our crazy questions, as she said "no question is crazy". She guided us from start to finish, that really began 2 years ago when I wasn't quite ready to sell but was looking for information. When we were ready, she was there every moment we needed her, above and beyond. We are using Ann on the buying of our next home too and found our perfect home, less than 2 weeks from selling our home. Her skills have us getting the house we wanted with 16 offers. I can't say enough, she is truly caring and knows and does her job extremely well!

As with many I would say I am skeptical about real estate sales brokers and Ann quite literally put the negative stereotypes to rest and made us see that there are professionals who take pride in their work and will work tirelessly for you (us!) to achieve your goals.
