A native of Mt. Vernon, Ann raised her family in Dallas serving in many volunteer positions in the Highland Park Schools and Community and Lovers Lane United Methodist Church. With a love for sales, Ann enjoyed several years in commercial real estate in Dallas before returning to the country and continuing her real estate career with Century 21 Butler Real Estate, the premier real estate office serving Lake Cypress Springs.

Seller reviewAs a real estate broker myself, I tried to sell our lake lot at Lake Cypress Springs through the Dallas MLS and by placing a sign on the property. With no success after many months, I reached out to Ann Holland. I had see Ann's signs in front of other homes in our subdivision (El Dorado Bay) over the years and she seemed to have a very good track record of getting her listings sold. After meeting Ann at the property, her #1 suggestion was to have our lot cleaned up so that prospects could "walk the lot" and see the view of the lake. She also suggested a lower asking price than I was asking previously. Ann even provided me with the names of two contractors who could clear the lot. She checked on the contractor's progress and emailed me photos as the work progressed. I thought that the contractor who was selected did an excellent job. In only a few weeks after clearing the lot, I received two offers and we successfully closed on one of those recently.
