Seller review<font style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">SInce I don't live in Hawaii, I needed someone I could trust to know state real estate laws. Ann frequently went to my condo to check on things and kept me informed as to what was needed. She hired people with whom she had a history to repair appliances and to do all things necessary before the property was listed. Everything went smoothly during our very short escrow.</font></font> We communicated by email and phone constantly, even after normal working hours. Selling/buying properties, to me, is a painful experience since I don't do this often. Ann made it as painless as she could. Thanks, Ann.

The sale went much faster than anticipated, and she kept us informed of every step. When she wasn't available, she connected us with her associate, Norine Nakamura, who was also excellent in communicating with us. Both Ann & Norine guided us through the entire process, and explained what was involved from beginning to end! We will recommend them to all of our friends and family members!
