Anna also has a broad knowledge of community resources, building costs and realistic timeframes and expected outcomes of this process and is a tremendous resource and advocate for her clients! Buyer reviewAnna Hubbard is the best. She really listens to what you want in a home or property. She takes into consideration all the different qualifications you give her, including your budget goal. She gives 100% to make sure you get what you are looking for at the price you set. If you ask her about a possible property you have seen, she will give you all the details (good and bad) that she knows about it or will get the information and reply to you quickly. She was very patient as I was having issues closing on the sale of my previous property. She was very understanding about having to wait to make an offer. Even though a couple of prime properties which met my criteria were lost due to this, she kept up the search and we were able to finally close on a wonderful home. You will not go wrong if Anna is on your side.

Seller reviewAnna Hubbard did a great job helping us know what to do to get our house ready to sell. Once we were ready to sell, we moved out of state and Anna took care of the rest. She communicated well about what was needed from us, and about offers that came in. The closing of the sale went smoothly. We would definitely work with Anna again!

Anna was sensitive to my needs as a seller, listening and understanding my special attachment to my home. She advised my on timing, staging, and sale price. She was reliable in her communications with me and explained things to my satisfaction. Anna even handled a garage door repair that was completed after closing. Each step of the sale was made easier because of her. It is without reservation that I recommend her as a realtor to anyone.
