I was born and raised in Marshfield on a dairy farm that has been in the Stroetz family for five generations. Working on the farm at a young age taught me the values of hard work and accountability. I attended the Marshfield School District before earning my Bachelor's degree from the University of Steven Point where I majored in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and minored in Business Administration. I was hired by Security Health Plan in 2013. While working for the health plan I obtained a Master's degree in Public Health and was promoted to my current role as a Health Educator. I currently live in Chili on a farm that has been in the Stichert family for six generations. I am married and have two young children that keep me very busy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being with my family on the farm, exercising, listening to podcasts, and reading. As a Marshfield native who has attended its schools and now works for its health care system, I have an insider's knowledge of the area and all that this great community has to offer. For the past 17 years, I have prided myself in providing top-notch customer service in every job I have held. I know how important it is for people to know they are being heard and taken care of. I have always had a passion for helping others and I cannot wait to help you buy or sell your home!

Buyer reviewThe first time I met Anna was for a showing in the town of Owen. She immediately put me at ease with her unassuming confidence. As a first-time home buyer with limited resources and specific needs, Anna's approach was full of dogged determination. In no uncertain terms, we were going to find me the perfect home - TOGETHER! And that is exactly how she made me feel throughout the entire process. We had an accepted offer on a home; but upon inspection, I no longer wanted to proceed with the purchase. She took care of everything to secure my release from that contract, all the while making sure I didn't feel discouraged. The very next house we toured became my home :):):) Thank you, Anna. Thank you for your attentiveness, your collaborative nature, your responsiveness, your sincerity. I felt it every step of the way!

Buyer reviewFrom the day I met Anna all the way to the closing day on my home, Anna was a delightful person to be around, she worked on finding me the property that I like harder than I ever expected. Even after righting up the 7th offer that was rejected she was very reassuring that we were going to find the right place. And eventually she did find the property that I was able to get an accepted offer on. It doesn't have everything I wanted in a house but it does have the potential to become the property I want. And that was the goal. Somewhere close to my work, if it didn't have a nice garage and shop at least let there be enough room that I can build my own and with my new property only one mile away from work and it's approximately 2 acres it's exactly perfect and everything I was hoping for. Anna was amazing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.
